My Approach to Practice

Humanistic therapy

Humanists believe in the inherent value and dignity of human beings, emphasising compassion as a guiding principle. A humanistic approach is centred on providing a non-judgmental and collaborative space.

Meditation & Mindfulness

Meditation and mindfulness (including somatic approaches) help us cultivate present-moment awareness and non-judgmental self-acceptance. We tailor these approaches to your unique needs, to support you to develop greater self-compassion, resilience and trust in your own inner wisdom.

Psychotherapy

Using a non-pathologising practice framework, Psychotherapy techniques guide us to explore your thoughts, emotions and behavioural patterns to gain deeper insights and promote personal growth across your life dimensions.

Creative Arts

You are invited to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences through writing, drama, dance, music and/or visual art. Creative arts processes can support a sense of connection to self & community.
