Services and history

These Creative Arts Programs are designed as community spaces rather than group therapy. While led by mental health clinicians with thriving arts practices, these sessions are crafted to nurture a sense of belonging, community, self expression and wellbeing through the arts. This is a space to connect, share and encourage each other in a supportive environment. See our upcoming events below:

Past Events, 2023

  1. In 2023, we hosted our trauma-informed drama program for women & LGBTQI+ participants with a focus on fostering creativity, self expression and community connection.

  2. We were proud to produce a thought provoking show in development, titled "This is Not Me" which is centred on the theme of navigating cultural identity and belonging.

  3. Our Artwork was featured in the "Show Your WestSide" Art Exhibition that celebrated diverse and emerging artists within our community
